What You Will Need

  • Salmon Fillets 2 pieces (120g each)
  • Almond Flakes/Slices 40g
  • Lee Kum Kee Garlic Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder A pinch
  • All-purpose Flour 10g
  • Beaten Egg 5g
  • Lee Kum Kee Garlic Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Water 2 tsp

How to make it

 

  1. Remove any scales from the salmon, coat evenly with the marinade, and let sit for 15 minutes; meanwhile, combine all the Batter Paste ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. Brush the prepared batter onto the salmon skin, then press the almond flakes onto the batter until the skin is completely covered and crusted.

  3. Place the salmon in an air fryer preheated to 180°C and cook for 12-15 minutes; serve with a side of garlic soy sauce for dipping to enhance the flavor.
