What You Will Need

  • Udon 1 pc
  • Green onions 5g
  • Egg 1pc
  • Lee Kum Kee Garlic Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Ground Fragrant Sesame Oil 1 tsp

How to make it

 

  1. Boil the udon until cooked through. Then drain and set aside.

  2. Boil the egg in boiling water for 6 minutes, then remove and cool in cold water.

  3. Place the udon in a bowl, add the seasonings and mix well. Put the chopped green onions and soft-boiled egg on top before serving.
