What You Will Need

  • Pork Ribs 180g
  • Garlic
  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Bean Chicken

How to make it

 

  1. Place the short ribs flat on a plate, sprinkle evenly with minced garlic, then add 1/3 of Sauce for Black Bean Chicken and mix well.

  2. Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Steam over high heat for 15–20 minutes until the ribs are fully cooked and tender. (Tip: Check once midway; if there is too much sauce, uncover for the last 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.)

  3. Steamed for 15–20 mins.Taste before serving. Ready to serve!
