What You Will Need

  • Scallops 8 pcs
  • Vermicelli noodles 100g
  • Green onions 15g (Chopped)
  • Garlic sauce seasoning:
  • Lee Kum Kee Supreme Authentic First Draw Seafood Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 60g
  • Fried garlic 40g
  • Soy Sauce seasoning:
  • Lee Kum Kee Supreme Authentic First Draw Seafood Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Ground Fragrant Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

  1. Soak the vermicelli noodles in water for 30 minutes and set aside. Clean the scallops and make a light cut on the scallop.

  2. Place the vermicelli noodles on top of the scallops, add the prepared garlic sauce, then steam over high heat for 7 minutes and remove.

  3. Heat oil over low heat, add the soy sauce seasoning mixture and mix well. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the scallops, and finally drizzle with prepared soy sauce mixture before serving.

  4. Tips: When selecting scallops, if they are slightly open and close immediately when gently pressed on the shell, it indicates freshness.
