What You Will Need

  • Pork Slices 6 slices
  • Shimeji Mushrooms 100g
  • White Rice 300g
  • Cabbage 100g (shredded)
  • Scallions a small amount
  • Ginger Slices 2 slices
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 40g
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Ground Fragrant Sesame Oil 5g
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 3g
  • Water 300ml

How to make it

 

  1. Rinse the white rice and set it aside.

  2. After placing the white rice and water into the rice cooker, add the ginger slices, pork fillet slices, shimeji mushrooms, and cabbage in order.

  3. Pour all the sauce seasoning into the rice cooker and press the cook mode.

  4. After the rice is cooked, add scallions and mix well.
