How to make it
Marinate the diced pork in Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce for 10 minutes.
Add diced carrot, yam bean and lettuce into boiling water for 1 minute.

Stir fry the chilli bean sauce in the wok, then add soy sauce, sugar and salt; Then stir fry the diced Lee Kum Kee superior abalones in red braising sauce, diced pork, mushroom, dried shrimp, carrot, yam bean, lettuce and fried peanuts.
Keep stir frying and color the dish with huadiao wine and sesame oil, add abalones as topping.
